Reinforcement:Multiplies high strength synthetic fabric and helix wire
Cover:smooth(wrapped finish),synthetic rubber,white, blue,green wrapped or corrugated.
Temperature:-32℃ to 80℃(-90℉ to +176℉)
Application
Food grade flexible hose are widely used in suction and discharge juice, wine, paste food and edible oil etc.
Characteristics:The mail characteristics are more flexible, aging-resistance abrasion-resistance, oil-resistance and water & ozone resistance.

1.All hoses are manufactured in our own plant with ISO 9001:2008 registered quality management systems.
2.NBR Food hoses are suitable for use with food process FDA required.
3.ZEBUNG Marine Hose have been approved the OCIMF-GMPHOM 2009 certificate by BV for the single carcass floating oil hose and submarine hoses.
4.Patent For Rubber composite soft pipe of conveying LPG, LNG and severe corrosive chemical solvent
5.Self-heating antistatic oil hose
Quality control
Test Equipment: Mooney Viscosity and Relaxation Tester; Uv lamp aging test box;
heat aging test chamber ; Ozone Aging Chamber; Abrasion Test.
Dynamic Tension Test Machine,Bending Test Machine.
